Dick Brogdon

Dick has been in the club since 1973 and is currently an Honorary Member. Dick was an Associate member of the Club from 1973-1987. In 1987, he became an Active member until 2000 when he became an Honorary Member.

Dick passed away in 2023.

He has held the office of President twice and Vice President.

His club car is a 1932 Ford Roadster. He also owns a 1932 Ford 2-door Sedan and a 1937 Ford Slant Back.

Dick's been married to his wife Melba since 1959. In November 2010, they celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary.

They have one daughter and one son and three granddaughters, three great-granddaughters and one great-grandson; which all are the highlight of their life!

Dick has been busy working on his sedan and the roadster. In November 2010, he bought a furnace for his garage - so now he can keep warm while working on his projects.

Dick is retired and Melba is a registered nurse and is the Director of Nursing at an Assisted Living Center.

His hobbies include cars and family.
